A cannabis tech platform called Baker is revolutionizing the cannabis industry. While there are many cannabis applications, there’s nothing created for different dispensaries and retailers to talk and integrate together, but Baker is changing that.
Marijuana has sparked a lot of start-up apps from point-of-sale systems, advertising networks, and product-review platforms so Baker has created a CRM platform with the launch of its new API, Mona Zhang, contributor of Forbes reported. According to SalesForce Blog CRM means, “you can store customers and prospect contact information accounts, leads and sales opportunities in one central location.”
The API integrates several point-of-sale systems (e.g. MJ Freeway), product reviews, and digital signage providers together. This means easier data access on customers, retailers, and dispensaries all in one place.
